Thank you for a wonderful week and for all your help. You, Linda and Graham were so supportive and helpful, which makes my job so much easier. The coach from and to Stansted (and a lovely driver – even the kids remarked that he was a lovely man), the cheap tickets for the theatre, being picked up and dropped off by our hosts and all the great hospitality we felt from the moment we arrived.
My pupils and their parents tell me that they have had a great trip with many fantastic experiences so that it is nearly impossible for them to choose what was the most exciting! And yet having said that one of the things that crops up again and again in our conversations is the experience of staying with their host families. That was probably the biggest hit of the trip and that is of course down to you and your families. Thank you so much for giving them such a wonderful experience. I’m sure that it will be something they come to cherish for a very long time.
Personally I had a super trip. I enjoyed being with Graham and Mavis. It was very relaxing, especially knowing that my pupils were being well looked after by their hosts.
Last year we stayed in a very poor hotel with a very insubstantial breakfast. The rooms were small and of a poor standard. This year it was just so luxurious to what we normally have to put up with when on a school trip.
Please give my regards to all the families and especially Linda, Graham and Mavis.
And thank you many, many times again.
